Our chocolate and chocolate products are made from cacao beans sourced around the Philippines.

As an advocate of sustainable and socially-conscious practices, our goal is to improve the lives of Filipino cacao farmers by following direct and fair trade principles.

About Hiraya

Our name, Hiraya, is an ancient Filipino word which means the “fruit of one’s hopes, dreams, and aspirations.” It originates from the phrase “Hiraya Manawari,” which generally means “may the wishes of your heart be granted.”

We believe it to be a fitting name that captures what our products aspire to be — chocolate products that bring joy to people, imparted with all the love, care, and passion from the moment of its creation.

Our Community

We take pride in nurturing a direct relationship with our cacao farmers. This ensures that they earn more for their labor thus improving the quality of their lives. Our main source of cacao beans is located at the scenic highlands of Barangay Malabog. It is more or less 500 meters above sea level and about two hours drive from the main city of Davao.
